  • What fuel policy do you follow?
    Our standard policy is Full to Full, meaning you receive the car with a full tank and must return it full. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply. For any further questions, feel free to contact us!
  • Do you provide child seats and other accessories?
    Yes, we offer child seats, and other accessories upon request.
  • What documents do I need to rent a car?
    You need a valid driver's license (1 year of validity), a passport or national ID, and an arranged deposit.
  • Do you deliver cars to other cities?
    Yes, we offer car delivery to other cities upon request. Additional fees may apply depending on the location. Please contact us for more details.
  • Can I pick up the car at one location and return it to another?
    Yes, we offer one-way rentals. Additional fees may apply depending on the distance between locations.
  • Do you offer insurance?
    Yes, all our rentals and prices include insurance. Additional coverage options are available upon request.
  • Do you offer delivery to the airport?
    Yes, we provide car delivery and pickup at the airport for your convenience. Additional charges may apply. Please contact us in advance to arrange this service.
  • Can I cancel or modify my booking?

  • What are your operating hours?
    Our office hours are: Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 18:00. Our delivery and support service is 24/7
  • Is there an age requirement for renting a car?
    Yes, you must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license for at least one year.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept cash, bank transfers and credit/debit card payments.
  • Are there any mileage/kilometers limits?
    Most of our rentals include unlimited mileage, but some special offers may have mileage restrictions. Please check the rental conditions or contact us directly for more informations.
  • Can I add an additional driver?
    Yes, additional drivers are allowed. However, they must meet the same rental requirements.
